Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary:
Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary is situated 52 km from Panaji in the foothills of the Western Ghats in Goa. Eight square km in size, Bondla is 'rather small' even by official accounts. It includes a Mini Zoo, Deer Safari Park, Formal Gardens, Botanic Gardens and a few Ecotourism Cottages.

Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary:
Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary is in Canacona. Goa's second-largest wildlife sanctuary is at Cotigao. Much of the sanctuary is covered with dense forests, with a few open grass lands. It supports three kinds of forests, evergreen, deciduous and semi-evergreen forests. The best time to visit is between October to December. The sanctuary supports diverse life forms. It’s exotic (but rarely sighted) inmates include gaurs, sambars, lepords and spotted deer, and the ever so common frogs, snakes, monkeys, insects, birds with brilliant plumage. Forest crown density is often over 50%. Some trees, Goa's loftiest, touch 30 meters.

Dudh Sagar Waterfall:
Dudh Sagar Waterfall is one of the highest water falls in India, and among the hundred highest waterfalls in the world. It lies in the southern part of Goa at Mollem, towards the border with Karnataka state. Dudh Sagar, literally means a Sea of Milk in the local Konkanni language, and gets its name as it appears like an overflowing sea of milk. It has a total height of 306 meters and a width of 30 meters. The water fall is at its peak flow during the monsoon months from June to September and wanes out towards the summers from March to June. Dudh Sagar Falls is listed as India"s 5th tallest waterfall,and is 227th in the world at 310 m.

Fort Aguada
The fort was constructed in 1612 to guard against the Dutch and the Marathas. Fort Aguada and its lighthouse is a well-preserved seventeenth-century Portuguese fort standing in Goa, India, on Sinquerim Beach, overlooking the Arabian Sea. Fort Aguada was the most prized and crucial fort of Portuguese.


Anjuna Beach:
Anjuna Beach is to the south of the village.The famed Anjuna flea market is held here every Wednesday from morning until evening, except during the monsoon season, on the southern end of Anjuna Beach. The market is rapidly exploding in size and attracts people from all over Goa. It's now got over 500 stalls, and is still growing. You'll find a huge assortment of goods there.

Colva Beach:
This beach's spectacle of sea, sand and sky blend in a enchanting natural harmony, weaving their magic spell on the visitors. Known for its scenic beauty. This is part of Salcete, Goa's only Catholic majority sub-district. Once a very hospitable area, now relations are getting monetized thanks to tourism.

Dona Paula:
Dona Paula is a beach outside Panaji and beyond Miramar. This is where so many Bollywood (Hindi) films have been shot. No wonder it is hyped up among Hindi film audiences. Scenic. In fair weather, a boat service connects this point with Vasco da Gama.

Miramar Beach:
A lovely golden beach of soft sand girdled with palm trees. The main beach outside of state-capital Panaji. The usual hangout for urbanites from Panjim and around, and also for 'desi' (domestic, Indian) tourists visiting the region. Try the fast-food of both Goan origin.

Arambol Beach
Arambol, also known as Harmal is situated about 17km. to the north of Chapora and about 35km. from Panaji, on the tropical west coast of Goa. The village is a traditional fishing community perhaps consisting of less than ten thousand people. Arambol is an ideal place to spend some time in total peace and tranquility. The cool sea breeze here and the swaying palm trees create a perfect holiday atmosphere.

Calangute Beach:
Famous as the ‘Queen of beaches,’ Calangulate boasts to being one of the largest beaches in Northern India. It is said that the beach was discovered by a group of hippies as early as the 60’s. It has been famous since then. This beach is now famous for its night life and trance parties.

Bogmalo Beach:
Bogmalo is a small beach-side village in Goa, India. Despite its small size, Bogmalo has a range of accommodation and places to eat. It is situated in a small bay, with around a mile of curving sandy beach, which is generally very quiet. It benefits from some beautiful sunsets. The beach is located about 4 kilometres from Dabolim airport and 9 kilometres from the port town of Vasco da Gama. Thanks to its location almost exactly half way along Goa's coast, Bogmalo is an ideal base for exploring the whole state.

Vasco Da Gama
Vasco da Gama is a small city in Goa state on the west coast of India. It is named after the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama.The people from Vasco love fun and music.Vasco is also famous as the abode of Goa's toddy tappers, Vialli (locally known as Render), holds the world record for staying in a coconut tree for almost two years.

Margao is Goa's second largest town and a bustling commercial centre. The town of Margao was once a major religious centre, with dozens of wealthy temples and dharmshalas (dormitories). In fact the name Margao is thought to be the Portuguese corruption of the word Mathgram (from Math - a Hindu religious centre that used to exist there
